REPLYCARE

Privacy policy

Updated 8 October 2026

This policy explains how visitor data is handled on replycare.lt. Data processing for assistants installed on client websites is agreed separately with each business.

1. Data controller

Martynas Butkus, Kaunas, Lithuania. For privacy enquiries, contact info@replycare.lt.

2. Contact enquiries

The form collects your name or company, email, business type, message and optional website address. These details are used to respond, discuss the project and prepare a proposal. The basis is steps taken at your request before a contract; for business contacts, legitimate interest in responding may also apply. The form acknowledgement is not marketing consent.

3. Demonstration chat

The demo on this website uses prepared sample responses. Conversation text remains in the current page’s memory, is not sent to a server or AI provider and is not retained after a reload. Do not enter sensitive information or other people’s personal data into the demo.

4. Recipients and storage

Contact enquiries are stored in the private WordPress admin inbox and may be sent to ReplyCare by email. Hostinger provides website hosting and email infrastructure and may process data when delivering those services. Access is limited to authorised administrators. Non-customer enquiries are removed from the administration system after 12 months. Contract and accounting records have separate retention requirements. Email copies and infrastructure backups follow separate retention cycles.

5. Technical data and cookies

Hosting infrastructure may log IP addresses, request times and technical events for security and operation. Form protection uses a short-lived hashed IP rather than the raw address. This website plugin does not activate advertising or analytics tracking and does not store demo conversations in cookies. WordPress may use essential cookies for sign-in and administration. Language selection is controlled by the URL.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability. Consent-based processing can be withdrawn. Contact info@replycare.lt. You may also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate. VDAI ↗

7. Links and updates

LinkedIn and other external sites have their own privacy rules. This policy will be updated when website features change. Before activating an AI provider, tracking or another integration, data transfers must be assessed and visitor information updated.
